Real scenarios. Real time saved.
Here's how insurance csrs use MortgageeClauses.com every day.
Lender change request
A policyholder calls to say their mortgage was sold to a new servicer. You need the new lender's clause immediately. Search by name, copy the clause, process the endorsement while they're still on the phone.
Renewal verification
It's renewal time and the lender's address has changed since last year. Our "clause last changed" date tells you if the address is still current or if it was recently updated.
Batch endorsements
You're processing a stack of endorsements at month-end. Instead of looking up each lender individually across different websites, search them all in one place and copy each clause.
Lender name confusion
The policyholder says "BB&T" but that doesn't exist anymore โ it merged into Truist. Our related lenders field shows the connection and gives you the current Truist clause.
Fax-back requirement
Some lenders still require faxed proof of insurance. Our database includes fax numbers for insurance departments so you can send the evidence immediately.
Multiple address warning
Wells Fargo has different clause addresses for different loan portfolios. Our "multiple addresses" flag alerts you to verify which PO Box matches the loan number.
