The verified link for lenders & servicers

MortgageeClauses.com is the verified middle layer between insurance carriers and mortgage lenders and servicers: lenders keep their mortgagee clause, ISAOA/ATIMA wording, and insurance-document addresses current in one directory; carriers, MGAs, agents, and title teams use the site or Enterprise API to pull that data so billing notices, cancellation notices, and evidence of insurance reach the right department.

  "insurance_address": "PO Box …"

How it works

  1. You confirm or update — Send your published mortgagee clause, ISAOA/ATIMA line, and insurance-document address to verify@mortgageeclauses.com, use contact, or submit a clause update.
  2. We verify — Our team checks the details against your official source and marks the record Verified or Pending Verification with a last-checked date.
  3. Carriers and agents pull current data — Insurance carriers (Enterprise API), MGAs, agents, CSRs, and title teams use the same listing on MortgageeClauses.com.
  4. Notices and EOIs route better — When mortgagee blocks match your published record, billing, cancellation, and evidence-of-insurance mail is more likely to reach the department you designate. That helps reduce manual back-and-forth; it does not eliminate it.

FAQ

Who is this page for?

Mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and subservicers whose names appear on homeowners and dwelling policies — especially insurance operations, default, escrow, and vendor management teams tired of fielding the same clause and address questions.

How do we claim or update our listing?

Email verify@mortgageeclauses.com with your institution name, the clause and insurance address you want published, and a link to your official insurance requirements page if you have one. You can also use the contact form or submit a clause update at mortgageeclauses.com/submit. We review submissions before marking a record Verified.

What does Verified mean on our record?

Verified means the clause, address, or portal details matched a primary source we could confirm — with a last-checked date shown on the public page. Pending Verification means we have not yet confirmed the details with your team or an official source.

How do carriers use our data?

Carriers and MGAs with Enterprise agreements can match mortgagee fields on policies against our directory through a custom API. Individual agents and CSRs also search the public site. Accurate listings help reduce misdirected notices; they do not replace your own insurance operations.

Is this the same as the mortgage-servicers guide?

No. This page is for lenders and servicers who want to maintain the canonical listing. Our guides for mortgage servicers and loan officers explain how their teams use the directory day to day — see /for/mortgage-servicers and /for/mortgage-loan-officers.

Does listing cost anything?

Claiming and verifying your institution's public listing is free. Member plans (trial, Plus, Team, Agency) are for professionals who need copy-ready clause detail and portals on many files. Enterprise API access for carriers is priced separately — contact sales.
