Pay once at a founding annual rate and keep that rate on your plan tier for as long as you stay subscribed. The lock covers your tier and its included features, plus improvements we ship to those features over time.
Major new products or add-ons we launch later (for example flood, LPI, or loss draft tools) may be sold separately or in higher tiers at then-current pricing. Custom Enterprise API access is available today under separate agreements. Founding members may get early access or a member discount when we offer one—we do not guarantee a specific discount.
The lock ends if you cancel or your subscription lapses past the grace period. If you upgrade or downgrade, you move to that tier’s founding rate while founding pricing is still available; otherwise then-current pricing applies.

What is the founding member rate, locked for life?
Founding annual plans (Plus $149/yr, Team $390/yr, Agency $990/yr) lock your rate on that tier while you stay subscribed. For Team, founding extra seats are $78/yr each (same lock). The lock covers the tier, its included features, and ongoing improvements to those features—not every future product we might launch. Cancel or lapse past the grace period and the lock ends. Can I try Plus before committing?

How does Team same-domain enforcement work?
Team and Agency owners can turn on an optional setting so invites must use your company email domain (for example, everyone @youragency.com). Configure it under Team when you need tighter seat control.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay by bank (ACH) first, then card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe Checkout. We do not accept PayPal. Returned ACH debits may incur a $15 fee—see Terms.
